Bringing home a taste of Telluride

With a long history in Telluride operating under the name ‘Steaming Bean’, this lively ski town’s original coffee roasters wanted to better represent their roots.

When Telluride’s Steaming Bean came to us, they were at a bit of a crossroads. After 20 years of steady growth, they were reaching a point where it was time for some outside help in expanding their reach. After some discussion, it was decided that they should embrace their heritage and better reflect the picturesque ski town that they call their home. Telluride’s own Keith Hill helped us with some seriously incredible photography and video work to help the new brand shine.With improved identity, packaging, and Colorado-centric positioning, Telluride Coffee Roasters is back on track with a new upturn in business and is soon to be on shelves in over 130 stores.

Telluride Coffee Roasters Nitro Cold Brew ——

With growth comes new offerings, including Telluride Coffee Roasters’ bottled nitro cold brew. A longtime favorite among Telluride residents, the roastery’s expanded presence (and some sweltering summer days) drove increased demand for a readily available way to take TCR coffee on the go. We applied the same inspiration used in the coffee bag labeling system and came up with a label for the nitro bottles that comfortably fits into the product lineup, while standing on its own as the exciting newcomer in their offerings.
